hello .. i accidentally disable ethernet adapter that contain IP etc. so i cant access my droplet . what should i do?

Use the console option inside DigitalOcean's control panel to access your Microsoft Windows desktop and re-enable your NIC.

in console option also have same case. there is also failed. finally i have destroy droplet, and trying to install windows  again.

btw,  how to to connect internet in that windows? please advise ..

Would you mind elaborating on why you were unable to re-enable your network connection using the console?

I do not know. I have tried several times to access it through console in digital ocean, but failed. looks the same as when i accessing through RDP.

btw,  how to to connect internet in that windows? please advise ..

I try to create droplet twice... doing step by step carefully to install windows, but i just got black screen with : Failed to connect to server (code: 1006). please help
