I have a soyoustart dedicated https://www.soyoustart.com/en/offers/1804sysgame04.xml .
I have tried installing windows 10 templates using the OVH tutorial but I get no ping responce after installing the template.
Any idea what is going on?

no one to help me on this problem? SHould I assume the templates don't work on Soyoustart?
