Hello,
I have tried many times to setup windows on hetzner cloud, but it always meet the error can not connect to vps after reboot to normal from rescue.
If I turn on rescue again the connect is working. After windows install is completed and reboot, the vps can not connect.
Please help.

I haven't ever used their cloud product, I assume they provide a console where you can watch the server boot up?
