Hi admin and fellow members,

I followed the step by step instruction to install Windows on Digital Ocean her e https://www.whatuptime.com/installing-microsoft-windows-onto-digitalocean-droplet/#comment-232.

Everything has been going smoothly until Step #24. Even though I have successfully configured my droplet and it can connect to the internet in the console, I can't login using RDP.

Kindly let me know how I should input these credentials:

- Computer

- User name

- Password

Thank you very much.

Hello,

Are you certain your Droplet can access the internet?

Can it ping say google.com and 8.8.8.8?

Start --> CMD (Search) --> Command Prompt and then the following commands?

ping google.com
ping 8.8.8.8

Beyond the above, when you are logging into Remote Desktop are you using the username "WhatUpTime.com"?
