Have you already donated so you have access to the templates?

If so, you will need to use the VirtIO-SCSI templates for Vultr once you have booted your VM into recovery mode. We do not have a specific guide for Vultr, however if you follow the DigitalOcean guide it should give enough of the broad strokes to allow you to get it all setup.
